Love and Vampires

Book Review: Twilight by Stephanie Meyer

Twiligh
t is a book about a girl named Isabella Swan who moves in with her dad in Forks, Washington. When she arrives to Forks High School everyone treats her as if she is the most popular girl in school. Every boy likes her, but only one boy catches her attention, Edward Cullen. He is the most beautiful boy she has ever seen. Edward also likes Bella but he knows that he is too dangerous for her because he isn't human, he is a vampire! In the book Edward saves Bella a lot of times. The first time she almost gets smashed by a van, and the second time he saves her from four guys that have bad things in mind for her. Edward can't handle it anymore, and one day he takes Bella hiking. They go to a meadow and he tells her everything about him and his family being vampires. "Are you afraid?" she asks. He says, "No." That's my favorite part of the book! O.K so after she finds out, they become boyfriend and girlfriend. There are also three more books in the Twilight Saga: New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. They are all by Stephenie Meyer, so you should check them out! I read all of them, and I absolutely love them! Oh yea there is also a movie coming out on November 21, 2008!! Yay! I can't wait!

Carolina,
Great review. You gave some really great details from the book. The only thing I'm left wondering about is a comparison? If you want to convince people to read a book, try telling them what it is similar and different to. Maybe like, "If you liked (this book), you'd really love "Twilight" because..."

Keep Blogging,
